Areas of Focus

Many women face obstacles in fertility and find themselves on an emotional roller coaster. You may feel alone and unsure about how to proceed with difficult decisions.

You may have experienced a devastating loss or multiple losses and are feeling overwhelmed by grief.  Counseling helps you communicate your feelings and needs, and find ways to nurture yourself and your relationship with your partner.

The journey to parenthood is complex and can take unexpected turns leaving you feeling overwhelmed by stress, exhaustion and uncertainty.

Creating and maintaining a healthy family is ongoing and involves flexibility and adaptability.  Parenting effectively isn’t something we naturally know how to do.  It is a skill we build with awareness and practice over time.

Whether you are managing your own health issues or those of a loved one, the challenges you face as a patient or caregiver can be stressful and exhausting.
